Refund & exchange policy
We have 4 days return policy which means you have 4 days for us to receive your purchase back from the day of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: uncut lace, unworn or unused, Curly unravelled, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Orders with bleached or tinted knots are not exchanged/refundable. We are not responsible for balding caused by bleached knots.
We are not responsible for damage to lace after the use of units. Customers must check that the lace of their unit is not damaged upon receipt.
The product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging
*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws regulating wigs and hair product sales.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refund or exchange for wig that has been worn,styled, brushed, washed or altered in any form.
Refund
A refund request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order, and received by Heesmolarth BeautyCo within 4 days

You must return the item within 2 days of receiving return approval.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund
